Jesus Is Enough

I love this quote.  It makes me stop and think about what that "nothing else" is in my life.  But first, I ask, is it my total heart's desire to accept that Jesus is enough.  Yes, is my answer.  Everything else then cannot be enough as long as Jesus holds that position in my life.  Everything else, as important as they are to me, are in their proper place, when Jesus is enough.
Consider for yourself.
Is Jesus enough in your life?  Does He have first place in your heart?
If you say yes, then ask Him to take the lead in all areas of your life.
Such as....
Your relationships; Your career; Your pain; Your grief
Your finances; Your dependencies; Your fear
Your anger; Your disappointments, etc.

Example prayer:
Lord Jesus, I ask you to become the Saviour and the Lord of my life.  My life belongs to you.  Please begin the transformation of those things I hold onto so tightly that aren't life-giving, but life-taking and suffocating me. I surrender all to you, dear Lord of my life. Help me Jesus to know that You are enough!  In your precious name, I pray.  Amen.
